Privacy Policy
Marketplace Content provides tooling for marketplace sellers to generate content packages, schedule social publishing, and manage approval workflows.
What we collect
- Account details you provide when you sign in to the product.
- Store, product, schedule, and publishing configuration created inside the product.
- Tokens and credentials required to connect external services such as Telegram or social platforms.
- Operational logs related to publishing, approvals, retries, and delivery status.
How we use data
- To authenticate users and keep the service secure.
- To generate content, prepare publication queues, and deliver approval flows.
- To connect and act on integrated third-party services that you explicitly authorize.
- To diagnose failures, audit bulk actions, and support product operations.
Third-party services
When you connect external accounts, Marketplace Content may store access tokens and related identifiers so it can publish on your behalf. These integrations are used only for the workflows you configure in the product.
Data retention
We retain operational records, generated content metadata, and integration settings for as long as they are needed to provide the service, maintain auditability, and support troubleshooting.
Security
Sensitive credentials are stored in encrypted form within the application environment. Access to the system is restricted to authorized product operators.
