Marketplace Content

Terms of Service

Last updated: April 16, 2026

These Terms of Service govern the use of Marketplace Content, a product for marketplace sellers that helps generate content, coordinate approvals, and schedule social publishing.

Service scope

  • Template-based content generation for connected products and stores.
  • Scheduling, approval, and publication workflows across supported channels.
  • Operational tooling for retries, diagnostics, and bulk actions.

User responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the content, products, and schedules you configure.
  • You must only connect accounts and channels that you are authorized to manage.
  • You must comply with the policies of any third-party platform you connect to the service.

Third-party platforms

Marketplace Content relies on external providers such as Google, Telegram, TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube. Availability of publishing features depends on the status and policies of those providers.

No guarantee of uninterrupted availability

The service is provided on an operational best-effort basis. Publishing flows may fail due to third-party outages, credential issues, expired approvals, or content policy restrictions.

Termination

Access may be suspended or revoked if the service is used in a way that violates applicable law, platform policy, or these terms.
